Fuego Del Azucena - Bailey
Our beloved Bailey was the first French Bulldog to come in to our lives. She swept our hearts away and we have never looked back. Every day is a new day for Bailey and there is always something new to discover and there are always people to please. Bailey is a Spanish important of perfect temperament. She comes from a non showing back ground, but was bred purely for soundness and health. I did some intensive research in to this breed for 2 years before buying Bailey, and realised that what I was looking for was to find a line that has produced nothing but healthy dogs with sound temperaments.
The main aim with bringing Bailey into my breeding programme was to bring new lines to this country, completely cutting the chance of inbreeding. By mixing Bailey with some of the most famous lines in this country I have produced some outstanding dogs that all have fantastic health, temperament, and type. I hope to carry this line on now with Baileys 2 daughters Pixie and Venus. Bailey weighs in at approximately 12kg, she has an extremely well proportioned and balanced body.
Bailey carries a rounder head with her markings perfectly placed and her ears are placed high up on her head. Her eyes sit at an even distance from her nose and are neither to pronounced or to set back. She has a short muzzle but not so short that it causes her distree when exersing. She has a cork screw tail which is extremely small and is hardly noticeable. Her paws do not sit flat on the ground and she holds her self up on the toes making her fabulous posture even more noticeable. But most importantly Bailey is a very loving and affectionate girl, with a very strong character.
She loves to snuggle on the sofa in the evening, and she loves caring for her brude, but she is also a fun and bouncy dog and loves nothing more then chasing her ball and getting into every task that I am undertaking in my day to day running of life. We would not be without Bailey and are so pleased that we have been privileged enough to produce two 'mini Baileys' to carry on her line.
